1. Definitions & Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "you") and YecoAI, operating the EnderDevelopment brand and platform ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the website (enderdevelopment.com), the cloud dashboard (dash.enderdevelopment.com), and all associated digital products, software, and services provided under the EnderDevelopment brand.

EnderDevelopment is a project/brand of YecoAI. All references to "EnderDevelopment" in these Terms shall be understood as references to YecoAI operating under the EnderDevelopment brand.

2. Ecosystem Scope & Agreement

These Terms apply to all services offered under the EnderDevelopment brand, including but not limited to: the main website, the cloud dashboard, AI-powered code generation tools, Minecraft server configuration tools, Discord bot builders, FiveM script generators, and any other digital products or services we provide.

3. Acceptance and Contractual Binding

The use of one or more services offered by EnderDevelopment implies total and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service and the YecoAI Terms of Service. The concept of a binding electronic contract applies pursuant to Art. 9 of Directive 2000/31/EC and Art. 1321 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code.

Failure to accept even a single point entails the impossibility of using our Services. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. User Accounts & Security

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is attributed to you.
• Anti-Abuse Detection: We use advanced browser fingerprinting and IP analysis to detect account sharing and trial abuse. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is a material breach of these Terms.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 14 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use our services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

5. AI & Technical Disclaimer

• "As-Is" Provision: All software and AI-generated output are provided strictly "As-Is". We do not guarantee that the code is accurate, secure, or functional for your specific environment.
• No Professional Advice: AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Users are solely responsible for verifying and validating all output.
• Safety Filters: Any attempt to "jailbreak" or bypass our safety filters to generate malicious code (malware, ransomware, exploits) will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

6. User Behavior and Ethical Standards

The Client undertakes to maintain respectful, professional behavior compliant with Italian, European, and applicable international regulations. No form of the following is tolerated:

• Threatening, vulgar, discriminatory, or offensive language.
• Spam, phishing, scams, or social engineering attempts.
• Sharing of sexual, violent, or illegal content.
• Any conduct that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to block accounts, suspend access, or terminate contracts in case of misconduct, and to retain recordings or chats for evidentiary use.

7. Comprehensive Anti-Abuse Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards platform abuse, including but not limited to:

• Infrastructure Attacks: Any attempt to perform DDoS, SQL injection, or exploits on our servers.
• Scraping: Using automated crawlers or scripts to extract our proprietary code templates or data.
• Proxy/VPN Abuse: Using VPNs to commit payment fraud or bypass regional limits is strictly forbidden.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of our proprietary systems.

EnderDevelopment provides software tools and IT services "as is", following agreed specifications. We cannot guarantee nor do we assume responsibility for:

• Commercial, economic, or profit results deriving from the use of our products.
• Performance, traffic, growth, or success of developed projects (e.g., Minecraft servers, Discord bots).
• Third-party adoption, conversions, or scalability of the final product.
• Compatibility with third-party platforms, APIs, or services that may change without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Respect for Administrative Decisions

The Client undertakes to unconditionally respect the decisions made by administrators and moderators of EnderDevelopment. We reserve the right to ignore requests formulated in an aggressive or uncooperative manner, and may apply disciplinary measures up to access suspension without notice or refund.

11. Promotional Content and Affiliations

Promotional content produced by EnderDevelopment is not intended to create hate or discrimination.

Important Clarification on Logos and Names:

• EnderDevelopment is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, Discord Inc., or any other mentioned company.

12. Account Suspension and Ban Responsibility

In case of account suspension or ban for violating these Terms:

• The Client has no right to any refund, partial or total.
• No transfers or reactivations can be requested unless explicitly decided by the administration.
• Suspension entails the immediate and irrevocable termination of all rights to use our software and services.
• We reserve the right to delete account data after a reasonable period following suspension, except where retention is required by law.

13. Public Statements and Criticism

You may freely express opinions and criticism of EnderDevelopment. You must not publish knowingly false statements of fact about EnderDevelopment or its members.

This clause does NOT apply to ordinary criticism.excluded from this clause, even when shared publicly. You do not need our permission to say you are unhappy with the service.

This clause covers

• Immediate suspension of all services.
• Legal claims for damages to reputation.

14. Intellectual Property

YecoAI, operating under the EnderDevelopment brand, retains full ownership of the platform, source codes, templates, and documentation. A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to the user only after full payment.

• User Content: You retain ownership of content you input into our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• Generated Output: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use AI-generated output for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated output does not infringe third-party rights.
• Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER YECOAI NOR ENDERDEVELOPMENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services.
• Any content obtained from our services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury, or any statutory right you have as a consumer.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YecoAI, EnderDevelopment, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights.
• Any content you submit or transmit through our services.

17. Data Protection & Privacy

For information regarding the processing of personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Data processing is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, and other applicable data protection laws worldwide.

By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. YecoAI acts as the Data Controller for all personal data processed through EnderDevelopment services.

18. International Users — Global Compliance

EnderDevelopment services are available globally. By accessing our services from jurisdictions outside the European Union, you represent and warrant that your use of our services complies with all applicable local laws. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

• UK GDPR: For users in the United Kingdom, data processing complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation as incorporated into UK law.
• PIPEDA (Canada): Canadian users' data is processed in accordance with the principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
• LGPD (Brazil): Brazilian users' data is processed in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados.

19. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered domicile of YecoAI di Marco Nasi, Italy.

20. Promotions, Giveaways & Events Policy

EnderDevelopment may organize promotional campaigns, giveaways, contests, or special events ("Promotions") at its sole discretion.

Participation in any Promotion is subject to eligibility requirements defined by EnderDevelopment, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Minimum account age requirements
• Use of a valid, non-temporary email address
• Verification of user identity or activity
• Absence of suspicious or abusive behavior

EnderDevelopment reserves the absolute and final right to:

• Accept or deny participation of any user in a Promotion
• Exclude users suspected of creating multiple accounts, using disposable emails, or attempting to gain unfair advantage
• Disqualify any participant whose account is deemed unsafe, fraudulent, or harmful to the fairness and integrity of the Promotion

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or bypass the rules of a Promotion — including but not limited to multi-accounting, automation, or abuse of platform systems — will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to permanent account suspension.

21. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email (to the address associated with your account) or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 15 days' notice before material changes take effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the YecoAI Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YecoAI regarding the use of EnderDevelopment services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
